fd955f22cb fix: public key serialization 
This removes deserialixation from the secret key
and related types as it is not needed and it's
broken. It would be best to fix this at some point.

8cf52d0b7e bindings/python: Add token example 
This includes a HACK to fix `from_hex` for publickey
that I discovered while writting this example.

Will include a real fix for this in seperate commit
