c77feec5e5 chore: fix precommit scrips check 
This removes rustup from the scripts. As rust versions should be managed
through the nix shell and not rust up.

61c80606f6 cdk: adj. code according to CODE_STYLE and remove serde_utils mod 
* Remove `wallet` and `mint` features from `nuts` module
* Sort dependencies in ASC order
* Fix `check-docks.sh` script
