d11n d6ae34929e Update launchSettings.json 
Remove `BTCPAY_BTCEXTERNALLNDGRPC` because it is unsupported and not used anywhere in the app.

Use `http` for `BTCPAY_BTCEXTERNALLNDREST` because the HTTPS connection cannot be established.
