* Add Greenfield API endpoints for retrieving app details

* add app items details

* Add GetPosApp and GetCrowdfundApp to LocalBTCPayServerClient

* Simplify POS app data items example

* Document app type enum

* make "RequiresRefundEmail" nullable

* remove "Template" and "PerksTemplate" fields
