In this commit we rename the lnrpc.PendingChannelRequest and
lnrpc.PendingChannelResponse to
lnrpc.PendingChannelsRequest/lnrpc.PendingChannelsResponse. We do this
as we strive to ensure that the naming scheme across the RPC interface
is consistent.
