Gigi d0e7f146fb debug: add extensive logging to nostrUriResolver for debugging link processing ...

Added debug logs prefixed with [nostrUriResolver] to track:
- When markdown processing starts
- All markdown links found and their URL ranges
- All nostr URI matches and their positions
- Whether each nostr URI is skipped or replaced
- Final processing results

This will help diagnose why nostr identifiers are still being
processed inside markdown link URLs.
