- Create HighlightButton component that appears on text selection - Add highlightCreationService using EventFactory and HighlightBlueprint - Integrate highlight button into ContentPanel with text selection detection - Update Bookmarks to pass required props and refresh highlights after creation - Publish highlights to NIP-84 relays automatically - Only show button when user is logged in
