Simplified throttle logic to just save every 3 seconds during scrolling,
regardless of how much the position changed. This ensures all position
updates are captured reliably.
The 5% check was causing issues and unnecessary complexity. Now:
- First scroll schedules a save in 3s
- Continued scrolling updates pending position
- Timer fires and saves latest position
- Next scroll schedules another save in 3s
Simple and reliable.
