feat: improve bookmark section labels for clarity

Browse Source 
- Capitalize all bookmark section labels for consistency
- Change 'Old Bookmarks (Legacy)' to 'Legacy Bookmarks' for cleaner look
- Updated labels in both BookmarkList and Me components
